WEEK 1: CONNECT
Source and build your team of experts so you can connect to the right people who will be prepared to work together to best support you.

WEEK 2: MOVE
You will create a gentle daily exercise routine that will work for you and your condition beginning with just 4 minutes a day.

WEEK 3: CLEAN
We’ll work together to identify and remove toxicities from your physical and emotional environment.

WEEK 4: PRACTICE
We’ll focus on consciously slowing down, regulating your breath and emotions, and incorporating mindfulness into your daily life.

WEEK 5: LOVE
We will help you to embrace your condition through self-compassion, and celebrate the love and joy that exists in your life.
