Hi, I’m Jodie Williams,

I am passionate about coaching and mindfulness, and combining these evidence-based practices to support people with chronic illnesses.

I’m a mindfulness coach, developmental coach, educator, international teacher, speaker, and founder of nourishthesolution.com. I offer online individual and group coaching programs that are designed to empower people who are seeking greater peace, hope, well being and wellness. In addition to these programs, I tailor design evidence-based coaching programs and mindfulness- based positive education programs for schools.

My professional background has been in international education. I spent many years teaching in IB schools located in: London, UK; the International School of Helsinki, Finland; the International School of the Peninsula in San Francisco; United Nations International School in New York; and  United World College South  East Asia in Singapore.

After returning home to Australia, I obtained the Master of Science in Coaching Psychology, at Sydney University. This course is recognized as the world leader in the research and application of evidence-based (EB) coaching. EB coaching is as an applied Positive Psychology that supports people with sustainable change.  I utilize tools, techniques and interventions from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a mindfulness -based therapy, and Positive Psychology to support my clients’ potential for a rich, full and meaningful life.

My personal background and experience with chronic illnesses that resulted from environmental exposure to mycotoxins has ignited my passion for utilizing solution-focused coaching to support  people who are struggling and looking for alternate solutions to support their healing journey in relation to:

  • autoimmunity,
  • movement disorders,
  • neuro-immune issues,
  • digestive problems,
  • metabolic issues

I am currently enrolled at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in NY in order to further support my clients who are navigating chronic illnesses.

“Our health is a voyage and every illness is an adventure story.”
